Oh So Soft Teddy Bear, Fox or Elephant!* Santa and his crew will guide you through each step, ensuring your new furry friend is filled with holiday magic and love.

• Hot Cocoa Bar: Warm up with a cozy cup of hot cocoa, complete with all the fixings! Choose from marshmallows, whipped cream, candy canes, and more to make your perfect holiday drink.

• Holiday Photo Frame Crafting: Celebrate the season by crafting your own personalized holiday photo frame! Decorate it with festive stickers, glitter accents, ribbons, and more to create a frame perfect for displaying your favorite holiday photo. It's a wonderful keepsake to cherish!

*Each ticket purchased is valid for one (1) stuffed animal creation experience. A separate ticket must be purchased for each individual wishing to create their own stuffed animal. We kindly ask that you purchase the appropriate number of tickets for your group to ensure everyone can participate in the workshop. Up to two (2) guardians per child may attend the event for free and enjoy complimentary access to the hot cocoa bar. 

**Teddy Bear Workshop with Santa tickets are excluded from all online promotions. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. To cancel your reservation please email retailstore@vtbear.com. Any cancellations made after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, please contact retailstore@vtbear.com, and we will coordinate a pickup of a completed plush. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
