Sammy's Perfect Spot by the Dock
Sammy the Sloth has found the perfect way to take it slow and enjoy Lake Champlain without actually swimming. He sits at the edge of the dock, lets his feet dangle, and dips his claws into the cool water.
While the other campers splash and swim, Sammy is perfectly content right where he is. The water is refreshing, the sun is warm, and there's nothing better than taking a slow, peaceful moment by the lake.
After all, Sammy believes ad day at the lake is best enjoyed at sloth speed.
Summit the Yeti Loves the Heat
You might think a Yeti would spend summer dreaming about snow. Not Summit!
After spending so much time in the snowy mountains, Summit is loving every warm ray of Vermont sunshine. He stretches out, soaks up the heat, and happily looks for the sunniest spot around. While everyone else might be searching for shade, Summit is wondering where he can find more sunshine.
For a creature built for the cold, Summit sure knows how to enjoy summer!
Bailey Goes Exploring
Bailey the Brown Bear has an innertube, a pair of goggles, and a very important mission: see what's happening beneath the surface!
Floating along the lake, Bailey dips their head underwater to watch Champ searching for treasure and Rexy racing through the deep. Then it's back up for a breath before diving in for another look.
It's the perfect combination of relaxing and exploring. Who knew an innertube could be a floating underwater observation deck?
Rexy Makes a Splash
Rexy the Shark has a very simple plan for lake day: swim fast!
Rexy loves zooming through the cool waters of Lake Champlain, but swimming isn't the only fun part. Rexy also loves sneaking underneath the swimmers above and giving them a little surprise.
WHOOSH!
It's all in good fun. After all, when you're a shark at summer camp, making a splash is practically part of the job!
Champ Goes Treasure Hunting
While some campers are happy to stay on the surface, Champ wants to know what's hiding at the bottom of Lake Champlain.
With a deep breath, Champ dives down in search of treasure. Maybe it's a lost coin, a shiny rock, or something mysterious that nobody has discovered before. Every dive could lead to something new!
At Champ's Camp, treasure doesn't have to be gold. Sometimes, the best discoveries are the ones you never expected to find.
